1. Cancellation
If you have inadvertently made the payment or made the payment in excess, you may raise the request by contacting us to process your refund. We shall initiate the refund process within two working days.

2. Non-refundable services
Fees paid are not refundable after attending the first online session.

3. Refunds
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 7 working days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
